What happens after I send an enquiry?
We come back with an indicative quotation against your brief, then a bench sample for you to taste and revise. Once the formula is right, a pilot run confirms it behaves on the line before full production.

Frequently asked questions
- What should I include when asking for a quotation?
- Product type, the taste or effect you want, your target retail price, the pack format and rough monthly volume. A reference sample of a similar product lets us match texture, solubility and sweetness directly.
- Do you quote a minimum order quantity?
- Minimum order quantities depend on the product format and the run size, so they are quoted against your brief rather than published as one number.
- Can I visit the factory?
- Yes, by appointment. The plant is in Lahat, Perak, about ten minutes from Ipoh. Arrange the visit by phone or email first.
- Which languages can I write in?
- English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese are all fine.
