Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. It lets a site remember something between page loads — a language choice, for example, or whether you have already dismissed a notice. Similar technologies such as local storage do the same job by a different mechanism, and are covered here too.

This website is deliberately simple. It has no user accounts, no login, no shopping cart and no form that submits to us, so it needs very little from your browser.

• Strictly necessary — used to serve the site securely and reliably. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
• Measurement — anonymous, aggregated counts of page visits, used to see which product pages are useful. These do not identify you and are not used for advertising.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data with advertising networks.

Our hosting and security provider may set a small number of technical cookies in order to deliver the site and defend it against attack. If a page embeds content from another service — a map or a video, for example — that service may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block them for specific sites or altogether. Look under Settings → Privacy in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

If we add analytics, a chat widget or any advertising technology, we will update this page before or at the time it goes live. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
