Yes. The list is what has been made before, not a menu limit. Bring a reference product, a target taste or a competitor sample and the R&D lab benchmarks against it. Flavour development is part of the OEM brief, not a separate service.

Are all these flavours Halal certified?

D&O manufactures under JAKIM Halal certification to MS 1500, so every flavour produced here is made in a Halal-certified facility. Individual flavour systems still need their own Halal status confirmed at quotation, because the ingredient supplier matters as much as the plant.

Which flavours travel best for export?

Powder flavours are stable in a sealed sachet with a desiccant-appropriate barrier, so the limit is usually the packaging rather than the taste. Fruit and dairy notes are the most sensitive to heat and moisture in transit; discuss the destination market at briefing so the pack format is specified for it.

Can two flavours be combined in one product?

Yes, and most launches do. Pairings such as mango with passionfruit, or black sesame with oat, are common in powder formats. The blend is worked out at sampling stage against your target retail price.
